My clinical focus and extensive training have been centered around the health of women, moms and moms-to-be: This includes fertility, pregnancy and children’s health, healthy weight and aging, hormone transitions from puberty to menopause, as well as emotional and mental wellness.
Throughout my own struggles in motherhood, I have completed extensive training and developed specialized strategies which I now pass on to patients in my SolMetabolism Method: I am passionate about helping you look and feel your best by achieving healthy hormones and weight, a clear and focused mind, and ultimately experiencing more of the joy and calm they crave everyday.
I have a special interest in family healthcare, and commonly see infants, children, and teenagers in my practice, as well as fathers! A few common concerns addressed in practice include treatment and prevention of colds and flus, digestive issues like IBS, as well as stress, anxiety and fatigue, PMS/PMDD, ADHD and thyroid disorders.
When I'm not leading women and families in health, you'll find me curled up with a good book and sipping a latte, hangin’ at the ice rink with other parents, or enjoying a nature hike with my feisty twelve year old daughter.

Personal Assessment
From the Discovery phase, including your Discovery Call, initial, and second appointments, a comprehensive plan is created. It will take into account your current health issues, medical history, lifestyle, supplements, and any necessary tests to tailor a plan that meets your unique health goals and needs.

Solmethodology & Active Care
Health strategy, lifestyle, assessment and continued momentum to reach your health goals- faster than you thought possible! If you qualified for the Solmetabolism Method, you will be moving strategically through the BRAIN, DIGESTION, HORMONE and VITALITY pillars of care. Measured 'goal posts' like body composition and blood work are used to keep you accountable and motivated.
